I got this recipe from Alexandra Johnson via www.optimize.me. This is the best $10 I spend every month. Their website has made me a much better person, wife, and mother! Here’s my take on the recipe she gives.  I list the cheap vs expensive ingredients after the recipes.

Add all ingredients and blend. I use a vitamix (my kitchen boyfriend) but you can probably use a ninja, or maybe even a handheld blender!

Individual Recipe
1-2 cups of tea (She filled a large coffee cup)
1 Tbsp ghee (I use Kerrygold butter from Costco)
1 scoop of Vital proteins (I didn’t have this)
1.4 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp turmeric
1-2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp concentrated stevia (probably 1 tbsp of regular stevia)
1 tsp maca powder (If you’re trying to save money, skip this)
2 tsp MCT oil (If you’re trying to save money, skip this)

Batch Recipe
7 cups of tea
6 tbsp Kerrygold butter
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 tbsp turmeric
5 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp concentrated stevia (probably 1 tbsp of regular stevia)
1 tbsp maca powder (If you’re trying to save money, skip this)
1 tbsp MCT oil (If you’re trying to save money, skip this)

Ingredients

Tea or Coffee (Use any kind! I use Caramel Vanilla tea which I buy in bulk on Black Friday here)

Ghee is the expensive option, (Kerrygold Butter from Costco is cheaper, plain butter is the cheapest)

Vanilla powder if you want to be fancy or regular generic vanilla to save money!

Turmeric powder that’s nice or get bulk style at Winco to save money!

Concentrated stevia (I got this on sale on Amazon Prime day and it’s lated forever!) This is less expensive and available at most stores.

Maca powder this is the one I use. I’m not sure where an inexpensive option is for this. Skip it if you’re on a budget!

MCT Oil this is spendy so skip if you’re on a budget!

Vital Proteins – This is what Alexandra uses but I wasn’t ready to invest in that just yet!
